Christmas Luncheon - Saturday December 13th 2025 A local town and A riverside destination for lunch
Last year our lunch venue was a not a mystery destination, well this year I have decided again to reveal where we are going. After a drive to a local town, you will have plenty of time to take morning refreshments, visit the local market to buy produce, gifts or just browse and soak up the Christmas atmosphere in lovely Ludlow and especially in December. From here we will take a scenic drive to our lunch destination. It is only an hour away and on the banks of the River Severn in Ironbridge where we will pull into The Valley Hotel for our festive lunch. We will arrive at about 1.00pm, in time to lunch around 1.30pm. We will leave Trinity Methodist Church in Histons Hill, Codsall at 8.15am and Albrighton High Street (opposite the post office) at 8.30am.
The total cost of £56 per person for the day includes the coach transport, drivers tip, the festive three course meal with coffee or tea.
At this time, I need a deposit of £20 per person for the trip and your choice from each course from the menu attached of what you would like, so please look at the other sheet, tick your choices and send it back to me with your payment as soon as you can. I can assure you of a comfortable journey with plenty of seating, I have booked two coaches so plenty of room for all, please bring friends and family. From here we will make a scenic drive to our lunch destination. The location of this venue will remain a mystery, but I can guarantee it is a pleasant place with a reputation for good food. We will arrive at about 1.00pm, in time for our sit-down lunch around 1.30pm. We will leave Trinity Methodist Church in Histons Hill, Codsall at 9.00am and Albrighton High Street (opposite the post office) at 9.15am.

I can assure you we will not be travelling on a coach with aeroplane style seating, which limits our places to 57 only, unless you would like to travel by personal transport, by either following the coach or arriving directly at the dining venue, which I will reveal on the morning of the trip.
